I have a very quick (and obvious) comment for Douglas...you are so blessed to have Bernadette as your cheerleader. She is absolutely fabulous! After I am done with my Anusara teacher training, I will be a student of Srividyalya because of her (and you and Tantra too, of course) She is a wonderful teacher and I've never even met her.
